Here at Coldliner Express, we know that our drivers are crucial to our success, so we always go out of our way to show our appreciation. However, when Driver Appreciation Week rolled around, we knew we had to go big to show our drivers just how much we value them. Check out how Coldliner celebrated Driver Appreciation Week this year.
Lunch is on us
During Driver Appreciation Week, which was September 11th – 17th, we bought lunch for our drivers from various favorite restaurants. The drivers were thrilled! They enjoyed lunch from Roosters, Olive Garden, and Raising Cane’s, just to name a few. And wow…. the food was amazing!
Daily gift card drawing
Every day during the week, we gave out $50 gift cards to Texas Roadhouse and announced the winners on social media with cool video clips. If you missed the posts, check them out now on our Facebook page.
Coldliner Express swag
Who doesn’t like some swag, right? Our drivers loved the items that we gave away as part of Driver Appreciation Week, including tumblers and flashlights. And while it really can’t be called “swag,” we put out some really fantastic Coldliner Express cupcakes for everyone to enjoy as well! Surrounded by balloons and signs, our drivers knew how much we appreciate them each and every day.
We consider our drivers as part of our family, and we’re always looking for new people to join our team. We were honored to be able to shower our drivers with the attention they deserve and are already planning on more fun for next year’s Driver Appreciation Week!
One of the many things that sets Coldliner Express apart from other trucking companies is that we genuinely love our fur baby family! Our drivers are thrilled with the fact that we welcome pets to come along for the ride when they hit the road. Meet a couple of our pet-loving drivers and their adorable pets!
Charlie
Coldliner Express is a pet-friendly company, and it’s not unusual to see a friendly (and furry) face in one of our trucks. This is Charlie! While he’s not allowed to take the wheel, he loves to sit in the passenger seat and get his picture snapped. If you happen to see him and his parent on the road, be sure to give them a wave!
Macchiato
Macchiato’s fur mom isLaNiece. She has 2 Dachshund puppies: Marilyn & Macchiato (Macchiato is the one peeking out from the driver seat to say hi!). You gotta love your job with that adorable face by your side on the road!
Luna
Our animal love doesn’t stop with dogs! This is Luna with her dad Eric. That is her favorite spot with her dad, in the truck and out. She loves riding shotgun!
Siren
One of our amazingly kind, pet-loving drivers saved this sweet baby from a puppy mill, where it had been kept in a ridiculously small cage before he rescued it. Marci took the dog to her vet, and Coldliner Express paid the bill. We’re all family here, including this beautiful puppy!

In an ongoing commitment to support and recognize our drivers via multiple channels, Coldliner Express recently launched a new driver-focused website!
In addition to the helpful information previously found on the website, we added new information and features to shine the spotlight on our amazing driver family. On the home page, you’ll see the many testimonials from drivers who share their experience working for Coldliner Express. You’ll also find a link to our newly launched blog which highlights our drivers (keep an eye out for future driver highlight posts!). We also create a new, more robust driver-focused page that emphasizes the benefits we offer to our drivers (be sure to check out a few photos of our drivers!). You’ll also find an easy inquiry form if you’d like more information about driving for us before actually submitting an application.
Speaking of applications, we now have a more robust driver employment application for those who are ready to take the next step to drive for Coldliner Express! Easy and straightforward, it gives potential drivers ample opportunity to share their experience and desire to drive for us.

At Coldliner Express, we care about our drivers and their families…including their fur babies! We recently had the opportunity to show one of our drivers just how much we appreciate them. Jason Allred is one of our best drivers. He is the sweetest person you will ever meet. He has been with Coldliner Express for three years, has never had an accident, and is always on time for his appointments.
A WWE fan
Jason is a huge WWE fan, so when Peterbilt offered our company tickets and hotel, we thought these definitely need to go to Jason! We wanted to surprise him with a note and a T-shirt we had designed especially for him. Aaron Snyder, Aiden Abel, along with Jason and reps from Peterbilt all went to the event. Jason’s favorite wrestler is Roman Reigns, so he was on cloud nine! He had the time of his life and he was so appreciative of everything, but we’re the ones that are appreciative of the great work he does for Coldliner Express!
